Sheet metal work
We take on prototype and production sheet metal work and can support one off or batch production. Our services include welding and assembly in accordance with your requirements. As experienced sheet metal workers we excel in producing high quality products for a wide range of uses. We have earned our reputation amongst many of the worlds leading companies for precision sheet metal products and services using the very latest techniques
Fabrication
Our fabricators work closely with customers designing and creating parts that fulfil their needs. Our fabrication skills, knowledge and facilities allow us to design and manufacture a range of products for various industries such as construction, transportation, industrial, consumer goods, energy, aerospace and electronic components. Metal fabrications are incredibly versatile and can be manufactured for most specific requirements. We maintain a large in-house stock of sheet, plate, bar, section, pipe and fittings which allows our engineers to provide quick responses to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Welding
RPA offers a complete in-house welding service mainly in connection with steel fabricated and sheet metal products but we also offer customers a welding service which is sometimes required for restoration projects which we take in. Our welders have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with different methods and materials to ensure that we deliver high-quality results for our clients. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and our commitment to providing exceptional customer service backed by years of experience in the industry.
Laser cut parts
Through sub contractors we have the ability to produce laser cut parts to customers requirements for use in the production of sheet metal or fabricated products.
