Powder Coating

Powder coating provides tough, stoved on industrial paint finish suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. We offer a service that includes the preparation of components prior to painting, the masking off of paint free areas and packaging according to individual needs. We operate a fast feed conveyor oven for large quantities and a box oven for more individual or irregular shaped components.

Colours and finishes

There is a huge range of colours available from powder manufacturers. The colours are mostly known by their RAL numbers and they are available in matt semigloss and full glass finishes. We also offer textured, metallic and Hammerite finishes as well as protective primers and lacquers. We stock a large range of these products which allows us to respond quickly to tight deadlines and emergency work.
